These terms govern your account creation, deposits and withdrawals via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, and bank virtual accounts, bonus claims, dispute resolution, and your rights and responsibilities when using our service.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Once your deposit settles in your jalak4d account, the funds are playable immediately on all game categories—Liga 1 and football markets, live-dealer tables, slots, and esports games. There is no hold period unless your account is under review for security reasons. If we flag your account, we notify you of the reason and estimated review timeline.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method or account from which you deposited. We do not redirect withdrawals to different accounts or names. If your original deposit method is no longer available (e.g., a bank virtual account has expired), contact our support team to update your withdrawal method to an alternative one on file.

Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours queue until the next business day. Bank virtual account withdrawals typically settle within 1–2 hours of processing. E-wallet withdrawals (mobile banking, local payment, online payment) settle within subject to verification. Bonus and Promotional Terms

Promotions on jalak4d are time-limited and subject to stated conditions. Each promotion specifies eligibility (new accounts, deposit method, game category), claim deadline, and play-through requirements. Play-through (or rollover) means you must place entries totalling a specified multiple of the promotional amount before the credit becomes withdrawable.

We do not offer fixed bonus amounts. Promotions use percentage-based or frequency-based mechanics—for example, a match percentage on deposits or free entries on specific games. Terms are disclosed upfront in the promotion details panel. If you claim a promotion, you accept its terms including any play-through obligation.

If you claim a promotion but do not complete its play-through before expiry, any remaining promotional credit is forfeited. Our Responsibilities and Account Suspension

If we close your account with refund, we return your remaining balance to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If it fails again, the funds remain in your jalak4d account as a balance credit and do not expire.

Dispute Resolution and Contact

We investigate disputes within two business days and respond with a resolution or explanation. If you disagree with our resolution, you may escalate the dispute in writing, and our senior team will review within five business days.

Our support team is available to assist with account issues, payment questions, and general inquiries. We respond to support requests within 24 hours during business days. For urgent account security issues (unauthorized access, suspected fraud), contact support immediately, and our security team prioritises your case.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where our service is offered. Any legal claim arising from your use of jalak4d must be initiated within one year of the event giving rise to the claim, or it is barred. We and you agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action.
